With 8+ years of experience in leadership, product management, User Experience (UX) design, technology, education and the health tech startup space, I am excited for the next stage of my career and to continuing making an impact.

  • Hupe is healthcare startup focused on the future of wellness and performance by delivering health optimisation programs that combine advanced diagnostic testing, expert integrative wellness experts, data collection & analysis and wellness concierge services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the creation and evolution of Hupe’s hyper-personalised health optimisation platform and product offerings

    • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with the company's mission to optimise longevity and well-being

    • Successful launch of the first iteration of the Hupe Platform in both London & Dubai within 8 weeks joining

    • Lead the development of a robust technology ecosystem that integrates 1,500+ biomarkers from advanced diagnostic data from labs, biometric wearables, patient dashboards, data analysis and real-time health monitoring tools

    • Supported the growth of the client base and product from $0 to $175k per month.

    • Developed AI/ML implementation strategy to enhance the patient outcomes and operational scalability aligned with product goals.

    • Manage a cross-functional team of engineers, wellness experts and Hupe Experience Managers to deliver a world-class patient experience

    • Coordinated with integrative medicine doctors, functional nutritionists, sports medicine doctors, physiotherapists, and other experts, to ensure they could deliver outcome-oriented wellness strategies during patient’s journey

    • Collaborated with Hupe Experience Managers to achieve a 95% satisfaction rate, ensure high levels of patient engagement, a smooth onboarding process and the effective ongoing use of the product

    • Leveraged data to personalise patient interactions, optimise program effectiveness, and enhance retention by showcasing health metric improvements and informing strategic adjustments

  • Voice of Health is a preventative mental health organisation that has developed a social platform in the form of a mobile app which provides a safe place where you can share with others, talk one-on-one with someone that understands you, talk without fear of judgement, utilise well-being tools and develop strategies to self-manage your own mental well-being.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Co-designed mental health and human-centred scalable solutions and mobile app currently used in over 40 countries.

    • Head of product management, strategy, design and roadmap from MVP to Full-Scale Product

    • Developed a multi-sided marketplace where users connect with Active Listeners for preventative mental health support

    • Organisation leadership, business strategy and fulfilling our vision using data insights and human experience to drive decision making

  • Maritime Warfare Officers, as Commanding Officers' representatives, are responsible for the control and safety of naval vessels at sea and alongside. This involved leading and managing other members of the crew and also utilising the tools and technology at hand to best execute tasks.

    Additionally, the New Entry Officer Course I undertook covered leadership, management, officer development, communications, drill and ceremonial, physical training, naval message writing, officer of the day duties, Defence studies, character guidance, first aid and emergency training, navigation and risk management.
